- Providing the product package with a label and hologram is required to be categorized in the warranty support services
- The product owner (final user) is responsible for delivering the product and receiving the warranty services (the company is responsible for the cost of returning the product from the support services to other cities)
- repairing by unauthorized people will void the warranty.
- Defects due to fluid penetration, breakage, impact, deformation, non-specialist repairs, electric shock, a fire will void the warranty.
